Stay with React India
Planet Hollywood Goa is both the venue and the primary hotel. Accommodation ticket holders stay on-site so the whole conference happens without a taxi.

Shuttle service

How pickup works
- Walk out of the airport arrivals gate — a hotel staff member will be holding a sign with your hotel name.
- If you don't see anyone, call the hotel front desk directly. Numbers are on your booking email.
- Individual hotels run their own shuttle on the same schedule — reconfirm with your hotel a day before you fly.
Logos & media assets
What we need from you to put your brand on the site, badge lanyards, backdrops, and slides.
File requirements
- Vector master (.ai or .svg) preferred — everything else is derived from it.
- High-resolution PNG accepted as a fallback (transparent background).
- Send both a full-colour and a single-colour (white on transparent) variant if you have one.
Bag inserts & booth shipping
How to get physical items into the attendee bag and get your booth materials to the venue in time.
Bag inserts
- Attendee bags already ship with a T-shirt and lanyard — coordinate with us so we don't duplicate.
- We need your inserts at the venue at least two weeks before the conference.
- Great inserts: portable chargers, travel adapters, packing cubes, backpacks, reusable bottles, sunscreen, pins, stickers, or a small charitable donation on attendees' behalf.
- Skip printed flyers where you can — most get discarded. If you must include paper, keep it to A5.

Accessibility
Access is designed in, not bolted on. If any of the below doesn't cover a need, email us — we'd rather hear about it early.
On the property
- Venue is fully ADA compliant — elevators and accessible ramps where needed.
- Multi-stall bathrooms include accessible cubicles.
- Power strips available at workshop tables.
- Service dogs welcome without restriction. Non-service dogs under 25 lbs are allowed on the property but not in food-service areas.
During talks
- All presentations are in English.
- Live English closed captioning on the published video versions.
- Presenters are asked to follow WCAG guidance and avoid strobing content.
Support
- A dedicated Code of Conduct team is on-site both days.
- Travel-support attendants can attend the conference at no additional cost when accompanying an attendee.
- Special-diet meal tickets can be purchased in advance.
Anti-harassment policy
React India has a zero-tolerance stance on harassment. This policy applies to exhibitors, attendees, speakers, volunteers, security, and staff alike.
Not tolerated
- Stalking, intimidation, or offensive comments in any form.
- Physical assault or unwanted physical contact.
- Non-consensual photography or recording.
- Sustained event disruption.
- Bathroom policing.
The policy covers harassment on the basis of race, colour, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, or pregnancy.
What we do about it
- Immediate action at organizer discretion, up to expulsion without refund.
- War Room office at the venue for private reporting.
- Escort, safe place, or law-enforcement coordination for anyone experiencing harassment.
Code of Conduct
One line: React India is a harassment-free conference for everyone, full stop.
"We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion."
Explicitly not okay
- Comments that reinforce social domination structures.
- Sexual imagery in public spaces.
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
- Harassing photography or recording.
- Sustained disruption of talks or events.
- Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention.
Language
- Ableist words ("crazy", "dumb", "insane", "lame") — pick clearer alternatives.
- Default-masculine group terms ("dude", "guys") when addressing mixed groups — swap for "everyone", "folks", "team".
