Productivity with Plugins

Modern web applications use a development and build process which includes using - Prettier, Eslint, Babel, Webpack, and many more tools out there. One thing all these tools have in common is their plugin ecosystem. It’s powerful, open sourced, and allows developers to build solutions on top of these tools for their applications.

Topics covered in this workshop:

• How plugin ecosystem works
• Building plugins for Prettier, ESLint, Babel and Webpack
• What is Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) and how you can build your own plugin ecosystem

Prerequisites: Basic understanding of JavaScript, code editor like VSCode, machine with Node.js
